We can process your payroll within 24 hours of joining Huntsman Payroll. We will discuss a mutually convenient date for you and your desired payment date. We can then ensure you have all the relevant documentation you require to pay your employees. Our service is safe, confidential, reliable, and efficient.

At Huntsman Payroll, we pride ourselves on the ease and simplicity of our payroll procedure. We have a pre-made template for you to follow, or you can supply us with your current payroll method. Huntsman Payroll would then process everything you need, and send it back to you completed. Our Account Managers are always on hand to discuss any problems or queries you might have.

For Huntsman to process your payroll, we would require the below information when you join. Please note we are HMRC compliant and use the newest addition of Sage Payroll to process your payroll reports.

  • Company Name, Contact Details, and HMRC Login in order to submit the FPS and generate the relevant reports.
  • Employee Names, D.O.B.s, National Insurance Numbers, Contact Details, and Bank Details.
  • Employee Email Addresses if you require payslips sending via email.

For Huntsman to process your payroll, we would also need to receive the following information for each payroll week/fortnight/month, to pay your employees.

  • Hours worked by each employee.
  • Rates of pay; hourly rates, overtime rates, and bonuses if applicable.
  • Any holiday pay, advances, deductions or expenses.
